Bellecci & Associates is a 36-person full service Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm specializing in land development and public works projects. The company has been in business for 23 years performing services to both public and private clients. Our staff of engineers and surveyors has an average of 14 years of experience designing and surveying for subdivisions, public works, CalTrans, site development and underground utilities in conformance with city, county, and state standards. Bellecci & Associates has specifically targeted and maintained senior level professionals that have practical civil experience and outstanding AutoCAD skills.
Responsive Structure
The Firm is divided into four manageable groups of eight or less, that operate independently under the direction of a principal. This organizational structure relieves our principals from managing large numbers of employees, so that we can focus on clients and project management. Bellecci principals are able to maintain direct involvement at all phases of projects, and provide quality control.
Land Development
Bellecci & Associates has represented hundreds of clients before numerous approval bodies processing entitlements including General Plan Amendments, Rezones, Vesting Tentative Maps, Development Plans, Specific Plans, Public Financing Plans, and Use Permits, to name a few. Applying years of local knowledge, we bring value to the table during acquisitions by providing due diligence services and preparing site sensitive planning studies for residential, commercial and industrial sites.
We analyze the physical, environmental, structural, political, legal and financial constraints before extensive time and money is invested in project development deriving an exhaustive project skeletal economic proformance. With strong roots that originated in the surveying industry and a vast knowledge of the Subdivision Map Act, Bellecci & Associates has developed a wide range of surveying services from ALTA and Boundary surveys to construction staking, certifications, and monumentation. We are proficient in all facets of site grading from flatland, to hillside, to in-fill projects. Understanding the sense of urgency on behalf of the client, improvement plans and final maps are prepared swiftly, accurately, and economically to meet or exceed our client expectations. Bellecci & Associates utilizes the latest state-of-the-art surveying and engineering software and equipment to serve our clients efficiently. Our surveyors use Trimble 4800 Global Positioning Systems, Wild/Leica TC 1010 Total Station Surveying Instrument, MapInfo 5.5 GIS software, 2 TDS Survey Data Collections Systems, AutoCAD 2002 – Land Development Desktop 3, AutoDesk Civil 3D 2006, AutoDesk Land Desktop 2006, T1 data/voice office connections, 29 personal computers (80% less than 3 years old) and 3 file servers (all less than 1 year old), 2 HP Plotters (Design Jet 500, 750), and 2 Kip Starprint 6000 printers.
